FIABCI-Malaysia Property Award 2010, Category Resort Development- Bunga Raya Island Resort & Spa

Malaysia Property Award is the gold standard for distinguished developers in the real estate industry. It is a platformfor pioneers and leaders in real estate, to showcase their best. In this 18th year, Malaysia Chapter of FIABCI will honour the best entries from the 9 varied categories and a Property Man. The competition is intense. The award is highly coveted because it brings immediate recognition and publicity to the winners. The prestige of this award is without parallel.

The winners of the 2010 Malaysia Property Award will compete at the 2011 FIABCI Prix d' Excellence Award. As the pinnacle of the international real estate Awards, it represents FIABCI's ideals. The Awards will be presented at the 2011 World Congress in May 2011 in Paphos, Cyprus. It draws participants from over 50 countries and over 100 different ational associations and academic institutions. Truly, being part of such an event will leave a formidable international bearing.

The stringent evaluation process of the Award begins annually in December. A selected committee of senior real estate executives screen all qualified nominations, which are then checked against the entry criteria. Elimination begins at the preliminaries to ensure only the best are reviewed by the evaluating, organising, and executive committee of FIABCI Malaysia and invited Jury members.

Worthy entries will then be recommended for adjudication by a panel of independent judges. Eminent personalities from various professions and industries are invited to adjudicate the selection of the Award winners. This fastidious procedure extends for six months,
